Asia is not one market. A Singapore-licensed card under MAS won't necessarily ship to Hong Kong; a Japanese FSA-registered product almost never lets Indians, Indonesians or Thais apply. The category lists every card we've found that explicitly allows at least one Asian residency in its application form (currently 53), but the gating is per-country, not regional. Some patterns: cards based on Solana or USDC stablecoin rails are more common here than in Europe, since SEPA isn't an option and ACH doesn't exist. Hong Kong and Singapore lead with regulated products from licensed issuers; India remains a difficult market for any card touching crypto. Read the country list on each card detail page before getting attached. Several cards listed cover SE Asia broadly through Bridge, Stripe or other infrastructure providers rather than direct local licences — the practical effect is the same, but the regulatory recourse differs. Slash launched as the first compliant crypto card in Japan, and Tangem Pay now reaches the wider Asia-Pacific on a non-custodial USDC rail.
