Unauthorised automated access may also constitute a violation of the United States Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030), Directive 2013/40/EU of the European Parliament on attacks against information systems, the United Kingdom Computer Misuse Act 1990, and equivalent laws in other jurisdictions where you access the Site.

Because the commercial value of our database and the cost of detecting, investigating, and litigating scraping activity are difficult to calculate precisely, the parties agree that liquidated damages of US$1.00 per unique record accessed, with a minimum of US$5,000 per incident, represent a reasonable pre-agreed estimate of our losses and are payable on demand. This amount reflects the cost of compiling, verifying, and maintaining the Sweepbase database and is not intended as a penalty.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Moldova, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) days.
If negotiation fails to resolve the dispute, the parties agree to submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Chișinău, Republic of Moldova. You irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a competent court to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Affiliate Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and Sweepbase regarding the use of the Site and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
No failure or delay by Sweepbase in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms shall operate as a waiver thereof. A single or partial exercise of any right shall not preclude further exercise of that right or the exercise of any other right.
