EU and UK crypto card markets are mature in a way the rest of the world isn't yet. Strong consumer-protection frameworks under the FCA in the UK and MiCA across the EEA mean every one of the 89 cards listed below is issued by an entity with real safeguarding obligations. SEPA instant transfer is what makes these markets work: top-up clears in seconds for the user, in roughly a euro for the issuer. That cost difference shows up in the cards, most European products charge under 1% on top-up and 0% FX inside the eurozone. The trade-off for that regulatory floor is geographic restriction. Most cards listed are EEA/UK only and won't let a Singapore or US resident apply. Filter by your country, then read the FX line on each card detail page before deciding. The cashback mechanics differ sharply between custodial exchange products (Crypto.com, Binance) and self-custody EU options (Deblock, Tuyo); the after-tax value of one vs the other is usually a more useful comparison than the headline rate. If you bank in euros, Fiat24, Brighty and Tap are EEA-issued products worth opening first.
