All information is provided for general informational and educational purposes only.

Sweepbase does not recommend, endorse, or promote any specific cryptocurrency card, card issuer, exchange, wallet, token, or financial product. Any reference to a specific product is purely for comparison and identification purposes.

You should always conduct your own independent research ("DYOR") and consult a qualified, licensed financial adviser before making any financial decisions.

2. Cryptocurrency Volatility & Capital Loss Risk

Cryptocurrency and digital asset markets are volatile. The value of any cryptocurrency can swing sharply in a short period. Using a crypto debit or credit card means you are exposed to those price swings.

Specific risks include, but are not limited to:

• Loss of capital: You may lose some or all of the value of the digital assets loaded onto or associated with a crypto card. There is no guarantee of recovering your initial investment.
• Exchange rate risk: The crypto-to-fiat conversion rate at the point of sale may differ significantly from the rate displayed at the time of loading or checking your balance. Hidden spreads and slippage may apply.
• Regulatory risk: Cryptocurrency regulations vary by jurisdiction and change frequently. A card available today may become restricted, suspended, or prohibited in your region without notice.
• Counterparty risk: Card issuers, exchanges, and custodians may experience insolvency, security breaches, regulatory action, or operational failures that could result in the loss of your funds.
• Smart contract and protocol risk: Self-custody cards that interact with decentralised protocols carry additional risks including bugs, exploits, and governance failures.
• Tax implications: In most jurisdictions, spending cryptocurrency via a card is a taxable disposal event that may trigger capital gains or other tax obligations. Sweepbase does not provide tax advice.

Do not use crypto cards with funds you cannot afford to lose. Past performance of any cryptocurrency or card product is not indicative of future results.

3. Accuracy of Information

Sweepbase tries to keep card data accurate and current, but fees, cashback rates, supported assets, regional availability, and other card details change often. We donot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information on this site.

Always verify current terms, conditions, and fees directly with the card issuer before applying for or using any crypto card.

4. No Liability for Third-Party Actions

Sweepbase is not responsible for actions taken by card issuers, exchanges, payment processors, custodians, or other third parties. That includes, without limitation:

• Blocked, frozen, or restricted accounts
• Declined transactions or failed payments
• Loss of funds due to issuer insolvency or security breaches
• Changes to card terms, fees, or availability
• Delays in fund settlements or withdrawals
• Any disputes between you and a card issuer or exchange

5. Affiliate Relationships & Compensation

In accordance with the United States Federal Trade Commission's (FTC) Guides Concerning the Use of Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising (16 C.F.R. Part 255), Sweepbase hereby discloses the following material connections:

Sweepbase contains affiliate links. When you click certain links on this website ("Get Card", "Visit Site", "Apply Now" buttons, among others) you are redirected to the card issuer's or partner's website through a tracked referral link. If you then sign up, open an account, order a card, or complete another qualifying action, Sweepbase may earn a referral commission from the issuer or affiliate network.

This costs you nothing extra. The price, fees, and terms of any card or service are the same whether you use our affiliate link or go straight to the issuer's website.

6. Affiliate Networks

Sweepbase participates in affiliate programs run by the following networks and partners (not an exhaustive list; it may change):

• Impact.com (Impact Radius) is a third-party affiliate tracking platform used by many crypto card issuers. When you click an affiliate link managed through Impact.com, their tracking technology (cookies, web beacons, URL parameters) records the referral so they can attribute commissions to Sweepbase. Impact.com's data practices are governed by their own Privacy Policy.
• Direct issuer affiliate programs: Some card issuers run their own in-house referral programs with their own tracking.

Commission structures vary by partner. They may be fixed fees per approved application, revenue shares, or tiered payouts. The specific terms are confidential between Sweepbase and each partner.

7. How Affiliate Links Are Identified

Affiliate links on Sweepbase are typically the "Get [Card Name]" call-to-action buttons on card listing and detail pages. When you click one of these links, your browser is redirected through a tracking URL (e.g., via Impact.com's redirect domain) before arriving at the issuer's website.

Not every outbound link on Sweepbase is an affiliate link. Links to regulatory filings, news articles, documentation, educational resources, and third-party tools are purely informational and carry no tracking parameter.

8. Editorial Independence

Sweepbase has a strict editorial independence policy. Whether or not we have an affiliate relationship with an issuer does not determine:

• Whether a card is included in our database
• How a card is rated or scored by our algorithm
• The order in which cards appear in default or filtered listings
• The content, tone, or conclusions of card review pages
• Which cards are featured in category pages or editorial guides

Cards are assessed on publicly available information about their features, fees, rewards, custody models, and regional availability. Cards without affiliate programs appear alongside those that have them.

We do not accept payment for positive reviews, favourable rankings, or guaranteed placement. If editorial content is ever sponsored or influenced by an issuer, it will be clearly labelled "Sponsored" or "Promoted". As of this writing, we do not publish any sponsored editorial content.

9. FTC Compliance Statement

This disclosure is presented in accordance with the FTC's requirement that material connections between endorsers and advertisers be disclosed "clearly and conspicuously." This disclosure is available:

• On this dedicated page, linked from every page of the Site via the footer
• Via summary notices on card listing and detail pages

10. For European Users (GDPR)

When you click an affiliate link, a tracking cookie or URL parameter is set by the affiliate network (e.g., Impact.com) or the issuer to attribute the referral. 11. Affiliate Revenue Use

Affiliate commissions pay for running Sweepbase: hosting, data research, content work, and tooling. Without that revenue we could not offer the comparison service for free.
