Card Overview
KAST is a live custodial prepaid Visa that pays USD cashback, and the catch to read first is the custody model: any crypto you deposit is treated as sold to KAST on entry, held via Fireblocks and BitGo, with no self-custody option in the card flow. It is genuinely obtainable in 2026. Active applications, 170+ countries, over a million users, an $80M Series A in May. Around May 8 it shifted from card-level tiers to account-level memberships, same names and prices: Standard on Visa Platinum (free), Premium on Visa Infinite ($1,000/yr), Private on Visa Infinite ($10,000/yr). Cashback runs 1.5% / 2% / 3% in USD, with paid tiers also earning KAST Points. Stablecoin top-ups (USDT, USDC, USDe, PYUSD, RLUSD) convert 1:1 with no spread. Everything else costs you. Non-stablecoin crypto auto-converts at 2% to 5%, non-USD purchases add 0.5% to 1.75% FX, ATM use runs $3 plus 2% plus operator fees, bank top-up is $2 ACH or $15 FedWire. First two virtual cards are free, then $2 each; the physical card is free with $40 shipping. Full KYC, no credit check. Reviewers report a roughly $2,000/month cap on the free tier's cashback, but KAST does not publish one, so confirm it in-app before you count on it. Best fit: stablecoin holders who spend mostly in USD and want fast, no-credit-check onboarding. Wrong card if you spend heavily in non-USD currencies, want to keep custody of your coins, or would blow past that reviewer-reported cap without paying four-figure membership fees.
KAST Card delivers stablecoin-first global spending with 12+ Visa card designs ranging from premium plastic to 24-karat gold-plated metal, solid gold editions, and co-branded Pudgy Penguins collection. Backed by $80M Series A at $600M valuation (March 2026). Earn 1-6% rewards in KAST Points (Season 6) with zero fees on USD stablecoin deposits, optional SOL staking for additional rewards, and instant virtual card activation. Choose from four tiers, Standard (free), Premium ($1,000/year with LED-illuminated designs), Limited ($5,000 one-time Founders Edition), or invite-only Luxe ($10,000/year with 37g solid gold card), each offering VIP Concierge support and acceptance at 150+ million merchants across 183 countries for ultimate borderless financial freedom.
