Card Overview
Through 2025-2026 Holyheld repositioned itself as a card for "AI builders, protocol teams, DeFi traders." That's the marketing audience now, not the generic crypto user it used to chase. Underneath, the product is a self-custody Mastercard debit supporting 1,200+ tokens across 20+ networks, with funds in your wallet until point of sale. Three tiers, all one-time: Classic €29 (plastic), Limited Edition €99, Metal €199. No annual fee on any of them. USDC cashback sits in the 0.5-1% band and requires no staking. The fee print is where the cost actually lives. FX is 0% inside the EEA and 2.5% plus €1 outside it — and the issuer, Unlimit EU Ltd, quietly adds another 3% over the Mastercard rate on anything not billed in euros, a charge that appears in its fee schedule and nowhere on Holyheld's site. An inactivity fee of €1/month kicks in after 4 months of no card use, which is the part you'll feel. Daily ceiling €10,000, ATM €1,000/day and €5,000/month. The personal IBAN is Cypriot. Scope is 30 EEA countries, though that figure now rests on an archived copy: Holyheld has taken its availability page down and names no country anywhere on the current site. That dormancy charge is the real deciding factor; treat this as a backup card and within a year the inactivity fee has clawed back the tier price.
Holyheld Card brings non-custodial freedom to European crypto spending with support for 1,200+ tokens across 20+ networks including Ethereum, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Solana. Choose from three card tiers, Classic plastic (€29), Limited Edition (€99), or premium Metal (€199), all earning 0.5-1% USDC cashback with zero staking requirements. With a European IBAN for SEPA transfers and instant conversion through the BRRR protocol, Holyheld lets you maintain control of your crypto until you're ready to spend, bridging DeFi flexibility with Mastercard's global acceptance across 30 EEA countries.
