Card Overview
Utorg rebuilt this card on a different rail and made little noise about it. The terms dated 1 July 2026 route it through Chain Valley to Wirex Limited, an FCA-authorised e-money institution, replacing Quicko, whose licence Poland revoked in January. Self-custody, virtual only, no cashback, and free to issue and top up for what the site itself calls a limited time. The monthly ceiling is around 50,000 euro. Two things to know before you try. There is no iOS app, despite the homepage saying there is, and no document anywhere names the card network, so I cannot tell you whether you get a Visa or a Mastercard. Utorg's own pages also disagree about who qualifies: EEA only in one place, 190-plus countries in another. When the old cards were switched off in April the replacements went out by emailed invitation rather than open signup, and I have not been able to confirm that a brand-new user can now order one unaided.

(Poland, KRS 0001036419); Wirex is a principal member of both Visa and Mastercard and no document names which scheme this card uses.
