Card overview
The BloFin Wallet Card is a virtual Visa issued by Rain inside BloFin Wallet, a self-custodial app that BloFin runs separately from its exchange. You move USDT or USDC on Arbitrum or Base from the wallet onto the card, and for now that money cannot be withdrawn back, so load only what you plan to spend. There is no issuance or annual fee and no cashback; instead every purchase carries a 1% spend fee that falls with the card VIP tier, down to 0% at VIP 5 within a monthly quota. BloFin publishes no separate FX fee.
The card is sold in 48 listed countries across the Americas, Africa, Asia-Pacific and the UAE, the United States among them, and in no EEA country or the UK. The same app trades leveraged perpetuals from a separate trading account; BloFin does not name the venue, and the app's own code routes the orders to Hyperliquid.
- Best fit
- someone outside Europe who already keeps stablecoins in a self-custody wallet and wants one app for spending and trading
- Wrong card if
- you want cashback, a physical card or the freedom to pull unspent money back off the card
