Card Overview
Payy's differentiator is that nobody, including Payy, can read your spending: transactions and balances live on a zero-knowledge L2, the wallet needs no login or email, and custody stays with you. The Visa Platinum itself is free with a 1% FX fee on non-USD purchases. The privacy comes with practical constraints: spending is USDC-only (bridged in via Across or Mayan), fiat on-ramps exist only in the US and Argentina, the physical card is contactless-only, SEPA is planned but not live, and there is no cashback. OFAC-sanctioned jurisdictions are excluded. For privacy-first stablecoin users the design is about as honest as this niche gets. The constraints will chafe for everyone else.
Payy Card uses zero-knowledge proof technology that hides your transaction details and balances on the Payy Network blockchain. Maintain complete self-custody through the Payy Wallet app with no login or email required, spending USDC anywhere Visa is accepted globally. Deposit crypto from multiple chains with automatic bridging to Payy Network via Across and Mayan protocols, or fund with fiat in the US and Argentina. Perfect for privacy-conscious users seeking Visa Platinum benefits without sacrificing custody, though contactless-only physical cards and 1% FX fees are trade-offs for blockchain-level anonymity.
This is a Visa crypto card. It uses a self-custody model.
