Card Overview
The BloFin Card is a EUR-denominated virtual Mastercard that spends straight from your BloFin exchange balance, and the first catch is you cannot just sign up. Access is invitation-gated to VIP exchange users, EEA residents only, and virtual-only. A physical card was promised "soon" at the April 2025 launch and there is no evidence it shipped by 2026.
Custody is the exchange model: BloFin holds your funds. You top the card up with USDT from your BloFin Funding Account, so there is no separate on-ramp if you already trade there. The fee that decides it is FX: 0% inside the EEA, 2% outside, per third-party review. BloFin publishes no issuance fee, no annual fee, and no standing cashback rate for this card. Any "up to 10%" figure you see refers to a different product per BloFin's own docs, not this one.
The bigger caveat sits underneath. BloFin is an offshore Singapore-registered derivatives exchange with no major-market payment license, and US and Canada are restricted. This is a spend rail on a custodial, largely unregulated venue.
Best fit: EEA BloFin traders, realistically VIP tier, who want to spend on-exchange USDT online in EUR at 0% FX. Wrong card if you want a physical card, cashback, ATM access, self-custody, or live outside the EEA.
BloFin Card is a virtual EUR Mastercard for EEA residents of the BloFin derivatives exchange. Top up with USDT from your Funding Account and spend online with 0% transaction fees inside the EEA and 3D Secure protection. A separate BloFin Wallet Card — a Visa issued by Rain against self-custody collateral — serves users outside the EEA programme.
This is a Mastercard crypto card. Available in Europe.

Who issues the BloFin Card
The BloFin Card is issued by Paytend Europe UAB, Lithuania (Lietuvos bankas) — e-money licence REVOKED, effective 3 Mar 2026. The issuer is named verbatim in the card documentation. Aug-2025 capture: "'Paytend' means Paytend Europe UAB ... EMI License LB000480". The agreement defines "Card Association" as both Visa and Mastercard, so the network is unsettled.
