Card overview
The Nova USD Card is the WhiteBIT exchange's dollar card: a virtual Visa debit issued with JSC Hash Bank of Georgia for whitebit.com users in 132 listed countries and territories, none of them in the EU and not the US, the UK or Canada. WhiteBIT says it is a separate product from the Nova EUR card, which is paused while it moves to WhiteBIT Europe. There is no top-up step: purchases draw on the exchange Main balance in 11 assets, in an order you set. It is free to open and hold, but every purchase costs 1.5% plus 0.20 USD, and a purchase in a currency other than USD adds a 1.5% conversion fee, so a local-currency purchase pays both 1.5% fees plus 0.20 USD. Cashback comes from three categories you choose, at rates WhiteBIT shows only in the app, capped at 25 USD a month. Apple Pay and Google Pay are supported; ATM access is not live yet.
- Best fit
- WhiteBIT users outside the EU who spend in US dollars online
- Wrong card if
- you spend in local currency, where the two fees stack, or you need cash
