Get BingX CardCard Overview
The card described on this page is dead, and a different BingX card is not. Read both halves before you act on either. The Euro Mastercard covered here stopped on 3 March 2026, when the Bank of Lithuania revoked the electronic-money-institution licence of Paytend Europe UAB, BingX's issuer at the time. Existing cards stopped working, and BingX never spelled out how balances would be returned; it pointed people at the issuer instead. That product is not coming back. On 10 July 2026 BingX announced a different card, the BingX Visa Debit Card, issued by Wirex on its Visa principal membership, with Visa acceptance in 200+ countries. It is not generally available yet: BingX's own card page takes reservations and gates them behind VIP tiers. We have not reviewed it, so we are not going to quote you fees we have not checked, and this page still describes the dead Mastercard until we do. Treat the numbers below as history: FX was 0% inside the EEA and 2% outside (minimum €3), a 1% deposit fee applied when moving balance from the BingX exchange onto the card, maintenance was EUR 1/month after the launch promo, and ATM ran at EUR 2,000/day with 2% per withdrawal. No cashback at any tier. It tied to your BingX exchange balance, not a wallet you control, and neither Apple Pay nor Google Pay was supported. The one thing worth carrying over: the card died because an issuer you never chose lost its licence, which is the risk that does not appear on any fee table.

Free issuance with EUR 10,000 daily and EUR 100,000 monthly spending limits. 0% FX within the EEA, 2% internationally. 3D Secure enabled with 3-year physical card validity.
