Card Overview
Pionex Card is the exchange's own debit card, and it leads with a "spend your crypto free abroad" pitch that only half holds up. It comes in two flavors. The Visa charges 1% FX on non-USD spending, and its 1% USDT cashback cancels that to roughly zero. The Mastercard charges 2% FX, so even after cashback you still eat about 1% on foreign purchases. Pick the Visa. Both are custodial: the card spends USDT straight from your Pionex exchange account via internal transfer, so this is not self-custody however the marketing reads. USD and USDT purchases carry no FX fee. The same balance you spend from earns roughly 5% annual interest on USDT, accruing hourly with no lock-up. No issuance fee, no annual fee, free physical delivery. ATM withdrawals cost 2% and earn no cashback. Sub-$1 purchases are free once a month, then 0.2 USDT each. Applying needs KYC Level 2 and at least 100 USDT, and 30-plus regions cannot register, including the US, UK, Canada, Singapore, France and Japan per Pionex's own list. The everyday card is virtual for most users; physical cards go out only through invitation or promo events. Best fit: non-US holders parking USDT who want yield while it doubles as a Visa spending balance abroad. Wrong card if you want self-custody, a physical card from day one, or you live somewhere unsupported.
Pionex Card is a virtual card from the Pionex exchange, issued as Visa or Mastercard at your choice and funded with USDT at a fixed 1:1 USD rate. The Visa variant pays an uncapped 1% USDT cashback that offsets its flat 1% transaction fee, the balance earns 5% APY with no lock-up, and Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal binding cover in-store payments while the physical card stays invitation-only.
This is a Visa crypto card. This is a Mastercard crypto card. It offers cashback rewards. Available in Europe.

Who issues the Pionex Card
Pionex Card does not name its issuer outright, and on the documents we could reach, the sponsor appears to be StraitsX, Singapore — inferred from the program manager, not stated by the issuer itself. StraitsX's own case study claims it provides "the underlying stablecoin-backed card issuance infrastructure powering the Pionex Card program". Pionex publishes no cardholder agreement and names no issuer across 66 card help articles, so this rests on one party's account.
