What happened: Issuing-partner change: "Due to recent changes with one of our issuing partners, new card issuance is currently unavailable" — new issuance stopped 11 May 2026, existing cards then stopped by 18 Jun 2026, while the nsave site kept marketing the card

nsave is the second card in this dataset that came back, and it came back on a different network. The card that stopped was a Mastercard debit card; the one nsave sells today is a virtual Visa in USD, ordered in-app in two tiers — Platinum at $1.99 one-time, waived on the Pro plan, and Infinite at $99.99 — with no monthly or annual fee. nsave is releasing it in phases rather than to everyone at once, so a supported country does not guarantee that a given customer can order yet, and nsave says there is no waiting list to join. nsave removed both of the help-centre notices that had announced the original stoppage.
